Reservation policy

1. Check-in time: 3 pm. Check-out time: 11am
2. The reservation has to be re-confirmed by phone/email during reception hours or by email the day before arrival.
3. The reservation is held until 5 p.m. (i.e. 2 hours later after the check-in time) unless you inform us that you plan to arrive later.
4. Payment of 50% deposit (of the total cost) by bank transfer must be made at least (winthin) 3 days after the date of the reservation.  The remaining accommodation fee should be paid in cash on arrival.
5. Please fax the receipt to 886-6-9219681 after transferring and mark your name and accommodation date.
6. Cancellation can be postponed for three months after transferring.  If cancellation is made on check-in date or you do not cancel at all and do not arrive (no-show)  The full (100%) cost of the reservation (i.e. the deposit) will be charged (=deducted).  No fund will be made.
7. The reservation can be canceled or changed without cancellation fees up till 14 days before arrival.
8. If you cancel your reservation 13-1 days before arrival, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

      13-10 days before arrival: 30% of the deposit

      9-7 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit

      6-4 days before arrival: 60% of the deposit

      3-2 days  before arrival: 70% of the deposit

      1 day before arrival: 80% of the deposit

      No show: 100% of the deposit

9. Due to weather conditions or force majeure, a full refund of the 50% deposit {We cannot be held responsible for any fees charged by the receiving bank in your country.}

10. We will be happy to issue an invoice or accommodation voucher in Chinese on request.
11. If you do not receive our reply to your email or booking request within 24 hours, please send it again - it is possible that we have not received your first message.

 

Note: The guest will be charged NT$100 (the processing fee) for any banking/post office remittance (to the guest) made by us.
